All services are subject to availability and may require advance scheduling. Emergency services are prioritized and addressed based on urgency and crew availability.

Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails related to scheduling, service updates, and promotional offers from Eugene M. Brennan Tree Service LLC. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and major credit cards. Any past-due balances may result in late fees, suspended services, or referral to collections.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee, especially if equipment or crew time has been allocated. Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Liability & Property Damage

While our team takes every precaution to work safely and minimize risk, Eugene M. Brennan Tree Service LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Unmarked underground utilities

  • Unstable trees or limbs prior to removal

  • Pre-existing structural weaknesses on-site

  • Weather-related delays or interruptions

We are fully licensed and insured and will address any valid claims in accordance with our insurance policies.

Site Access & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property at the time of service. This includes removing vehicles, notifying neighbors (if necessary), and containing pets. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
